NEWS United Way kits

Devon Dade, executive director of the Talbot Sober Living Residence in Keokuk, is shown receiving hygiene kits from Nikki Wilson of RSVP. Talbot House clients who enter the program who do not have any funds for basic needs will receive these kits. The Talbot House is just one of the recipients of the 500 hygiene kits that were assembled with help from youth from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
