Reagan Jane Dickens, 24, of Keokuk, was cited Friday at 8:56 p.m. after an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1500 block of Orleans Ave. Dickens was cited for driving with a suspended license and released.

Deuante Deshawn Dorsey, 21, of Keokuk, was cited Saturday at 8:39 p.m. after an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 600 block of Johnson St. Dorsey was cited for driving while barred and released.

Stacy Margaret Rasmussen, 56, of Hamilton, Illinois, was cited 澳门开奖 at 3:53 p.m. after an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 3000 block of Main St. Rasmussen was cited for driving with a suspended license and released.

Joseph Lee Jacobson, 50, of Keokuk, was cited Tuesday at 2:59 a.m. after an officer conducted a traffic stop on the 300 block of Main St. Jacobson was cited for driving with a suspended license and released.

Arrests Kris Lane Adams, 44, of Keokuk, was arrested Thursday at 2:40 p.m. after officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Morgan St. for the report of an individual with a warrant. Adams was arrested on a pre-trial violation warrant and held in jail.

Keaten Mitchell Howell, 22, of Keokuk, was arrested Friday at 8:12 p.m. after an officer came in contact with an individual with a warrant in the 600 block of Johnson St. Howell was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and on a warrant for fourth-degree criminal mischief. Howell was also arrested for unlawful possession of prescription drugs and interference with official acts. He was held in jail.

Jody William Humes, 45, of Argyle, was arrested Monday at 7:21 p.m. after an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on the 1000 block of Main St. Humes was arrested for driving with a suspended license and on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in jail.

Juvenile

A 14-year-old juvenile was detained in the 2200 block of Middle Road Friday at 11:14 a.m. for a minor in possession of a tobacco/vapor product. The juvenile was released to a parent.

Accident

On Thursday at 10:57 a.m., Randy Allen Carlton, 66, of Hamilton, Illinois, was driving a silver 2009 Chrysler Aspen eastbound on the 600 block of Main St. Connor Dean Roth, 22, of Keokuk, was parked legally on the 600 block of Main St. facing east in a black 2013 Chrysler 2LX. Roth pulled out of his parked position and into traffic, hitting Carlton as he went by. Both vehicles were able to be driven away, and there were no injuries. Roth was cited for unsafe starting of a stopped vehicle.
